Pure & Simple Confidence Self-Study Course
Work at your own pace in this four-week online course. Learn how to change your thought patterns and start creating the positive and healthy relationships you want! The course has three components: You’ll study written materials, listen to recommended episodes of Sandee’s podcasts and work through a variety of weekly assignments. In effect, you’ll be working on reprogramming your brain from three different angles. Each week you’ll log in to your personal account to access that week’s materials, and then work through them at your own pace. As this is a self-study course, no interaction with Sandee is included in the fee.
Pure & Simple Confidence Monthly Coaching Program
This ongoing online group coaching program is designed for anyone—from teens to adults—who is ready to do the thought work that will change their lives! Each month Sandee focuses on an area of life that we all may have struggled with or still be struggling with. Over time everything from jealousy, anger management and anxiety to people pleasing, bullying, emotional eating, exercising and much more will be covered.
The Pure & Simple Confidence Monthly Coaching Program is presented in the format of live one-hour webinars. You’ll be able to share and ask questions during each session.
Webinars are offered at two different times each month: The first Monday of the month from 7:00 to 8:00 pm Pacific Time, and the first Thursday of the month from 12:00 to 1:00 pm Pacific Time. Login to whichever is most convenient for you. If you miss a session, or if you simply want to listen to a particular session again, you’ll be able to access past webinars and their transcripts through your account login.
In addition, you’ll also benefit from unlimited one-on-one access to Sandee through email correspondence, and the program’s downloadable materials and helpful exercises.

– $3,000/8-week program
As your Master Coach, Sandee will coach you through five essential areas of your life:

Sandee will work with you on an individual basis for eight weeks through weekly Skype, FaceTime or in-person sessions (at her locations in Dana Point and Temecula, California).
